We at Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP ("KTS") respect our visitors' rights to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information through our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This policy applies only to information collected on this website.

What information we collect and how we use it.

  • General usage data. You may browse the KTS website anonymously. Any data collected (such as pages accessed, browser type and length of visit) provides usage information only and does not allow us to identify you. Such data is used only in the aggregate to help determine how much the site is accessed and to help improve our site. The KTS website does not use cookies.
  • Non-public information. We collect non-public and personally identifiable information about you only if you voluntarily provide it to us by choosing to log in to view your account information and/or to make a payment.

    The specific types of data collected include: Account number, pin, name, address, phone number, email address and credit card account or ACH payment information.

    This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained shall be used solely for that purpose.

How we share the information we collect.

We only disclose information to affiliated and non-affiliated third parties as permitted or required by the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"). We may share information we collect with third parties that provide mailing and/or other collection-related services to us. When we share your information with these companies, they are required to limit their use of your information to the particular purpose for which it was shared and they are not allowed to share it with others except to fulfill that limited purpose. In addition, if permitted by FDCPA, we may also share your information with our affiliates and non-affiliated third parties if also permitted by applicable law.

Non-public Information means information about you we receive in the due course of collection-related business. Non-public information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

Affiliate means a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.

Non-affiliated Third Parties means companies that are not an affiliate of ours.
